❦ Our Three Services
Three services. Each shaped around a different stage of pension concern.

Back to Home❦ Our Approach
How we work
We Listen First
Every engagement begins with listening. We do not assume what you need before we understand your situation.
We Examine Carefully
Documents, authorities, and regulations are reviewed with attention. We do not form conclusions before the paperwork has been read.
We Write It Down
Every session ends with a written summary. Oral advice alone does not serve clients well; a written record does.
❦ Service One
Pension Records Reading Session
A sit-down session in which the lawyer reads through your pension and KWSP statements alongside you. Many clients arrive having read their statements multiple times without feeling certain of what they mean. This session is designed to resolve that uncertainty in one unhurried conversation.
Unfamiliar terms are explained. Items that might benefit from future attention are flagged. Questions are welcomed throughout. The session concludes with a one-page written summary and no further obligation.
What this service includes:
- One session of up to 90 minutes with a qualified lawyer
- Review of KWSP, pension, or retirement fund statements
- Plain-language explanation of each section
- One-page written summary, provided after the session
- No obligation to engage any further work
Typical process:
- 1 Client brings pension and KWSP documents (paper or digital)
- 2 Lawyer and client review statements together
- 3 Items of interest or concern are discussed
- 4 Written summary prepared and handed to client
Fixed fee
RM 330
❦ Service Two
Pension Reduction or Suspension Review
Retirees sometimes find their pension reduced or suspended without receiving a clear explanation. The authority responsible for the recalculation is often not immediately apparent, and the documentation required to question the decision can be unfamiliar.
This service begins with a patient review of what has happened, followed by formal communication with the responsible authority and a written advisory note. Where formal escalation may help, we explain the realistic scope of what that would involve before any commitment is made.
What this service includes:
- Review of the client's pension reduction or suspension notice
- Formal request for the underlying calculation from the authority
- Written advisory note on realistic legal options
- Explanation of escalation costs and effort before commitment
- Copies of all authority correspondence provided to client
Fixed fee
RM 720
❦ Service Three
Long-Standing Family Pension Plan
For clients who would like to build a settled, documented plan for the transfer of pension and retirement assets to their family, this long-form engagement covers the full range of instruments available in Malaysia: wills, EPF nominations, hibah where appropriate, and a written family memorandum.
The family memorandum is a distinctive element of this service — a plain-language document recording the reasons behind each estate decision, written so that family members can understand it years from now without needing a lawyer present to explain it.
What this service includes:
- Will drafting aligned with Malaysian succession law
- EPF nomination review and updating assistance
- Hibah structuring where relevant and desired
- Written family memorandum recording the reasoning behind decisions
- Optional annual review, offered without pressure to renew
Typical timeline:
Most clients complete foundational documentation within 6–10 weeks, with sessions paced to allow for unhurried reflection. The family memorandum is drafted last, once all decisions have settled.
Fixed fee
RM 970
